Randall Emmett’s ex Amber Childers is seeking a restraining order against him

Embir Childers is seeking legal protection from her ex-husband Randall Emmett.

In court documents obtained by E! News, Art You the actress filed a request in a Los Angeles court for a domestic violence restraining order against the producer. According to her declaration, Childers—who has daughters London12 and Riley8, with Emmett — filed the order after receiving an Oct. 21 email from him that she said included conversations between Emmett and his attorney, Ben Valencia.

Childers claimed that in the correspondence, the pair discussed needing “real money” to “get rid of this h…” once and for all, which she believed referred to her. In her petition, the 34-year-old said she fears Emmett “may retaliate against me based on his past behavior.”

“It is unclear to me whether Randy intentionally emailed me this conversation to intimidate me or whether he inadvertently included it,” she said in her petition. “But in any case, the threatening nature of these words cannot be ignored.”
