“In the four years since my last child, it’s crazy how much has changed and progressed in C-sections and restorative treatments,” she explained.

“LED is a real gem for wound repair and I’ve been told that the sooner the better – it can be done over the stitches if you’re comfortable with the dressing off after surgery!

“The treatment takes 15 to 20 minutes, so you won’t have to worry about having to leave your baby, and you can safely rub your breasts if needed!”

“I thought it would be overwhelming, but once I felt her and felt that physical touch, it was really calming and comforting.

“It was an incredibly special experience and I feel so lucky to have lived through it.”
