Selina Chhaur hints she’s returning to ‘Married at First Sight’ in 2023 as villain

Channel Nine shocked Australia by announcing the former Married at First Sight contestant. Elizabeth Sobinova returned to the controversial experiment in 2020.

So it shouldn’t come as much of a shock to learn about it Selina Chhaur may return to the show in 2023 in an attempt to find love after a failed marriage to Cody Bromley.

On Saturday, the 34-year-old hairdresser took to Instagram to share footage of her return to Skye Suites in Sydney‘s CBD, where the show is filmed.

‘I’m back!’ Along with a video of her sneaking into a five-star apartment, Selina revealed that she once called home for two months while filming the series.

Selina was then seen walking into the lobby before taking the elevators.

The video marks Selina’s first return to the complex since her acrimonious breakup with Cody.

It comes after the glamorous brunette packed up and moved to Sydney from Adelaide to pursue her new career as an influencer.

Selina recently revealed that she tried to work with the 31-year-old fitness trainer after filming ended, despite their “racist plot”, but he dumped her.

“We traveled long distances. They celebrated Christmas together, he came to Adelaide… I still can’t say why [we split]. They didn’t shut me down,” she said.

It comes after the glamorous brunette packed up and moved to Sydney from Adelaide to pursue her new career as an influencer.

The split took place in a car after the MAFS reunion in January, during which she told her co-stars that she would be moving from Adelaide to Sydney for Cody.

“I felt he was acting a little strange [in the car afterwards]” Selina said. “I thought, ‘Oh, now it’s shutting down again.’

“I put my hand on him, to which he responded by kneeling and shaking my hand. He says, “You know what, I’ll call.” That’s how he ended it.”

Although Selena’s confidence was “destroyed” on the controversial reality show, she said she knew her worth enough to call it quits at that point.

The Nine Network series was plunged into chaos after Cody admitted he doesn’t find his wife Selina attractive because she’s Asian.

Viewers were quick to praise the franchise for airing such a divisive storyline, with some even say MAFS should be abolished.

Selina has become an instant favorite in this year’s season of the Channel Nine experiment thanks to her down-to-earth and kind heart
