Klink Finance (t/a Klink) Secures £462K Pre-seed Investment Led by Blockchain Founders Fund – UK Tech Investment News

LONDON, Oct. 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Klink Financegamified digital asset platform has raised US$500,000 (£462,000) in a pre-seed funding round to launch its product by the end of 2022, led by a Singaporean venture capital fund Blockchain Founders Fund (BFF) featuring leading private equity and venture capital firms UOB Venture Management, Signum Capital, TechMeetsTrader and StartupGym.

Klink Finance works at the intersection of finance and blockchain technology, implementing gamification that enables better and recurring financial habits for users. The team behind Klink Finance took inspiration from the UK government bond scheme known as Premium prize bondswhich has more than 21 million members and 130 billion US dollars which are in assets under management (AUM) across the country. By offering a prize-based savings solution, all funds on the platform will be pooled and the resulting revenue distributed among users as prizes through probabilities. It provides users with a steady income as well as the ability to earn big every week.

Scheduled to launch in beta later this year, the platform’s prize-linked go-to-market deposit account will allow users to win up to $1 million in USDC (stablecoins) every week, holding funds for as little as $25. This solution provides alternative reward distribution mechanisms between groups of users and will extend additional services with social features and ownership of digital assets in a way that is safe, exciting and rewarding.
