A two-bedroom, three-bedroom property in Essex is for sale for £475,000.

His list follows Kathy moved back to her “spooky mansion” in East Sussex after major refurbishment.

Interior photos of Carl’s immaculate townhouse show a gray and white color scheme, two bathrooms including a large wet room-style shower, and contemporary furnishings.

Two rare pieces of decor in the house include a portrait of Marlon Brandon in The Godfather and a lion in a costume.

The garage has gym equipment and the garden has a covered seating area.

Last week Katie hinted that she would soon marry Carl looking for a wedding dress designer.

The 44-year-old star took to Instagram to show off her engagement ring and asked fans in the industry to get in touch.

Katie, who has been married three times, showed off the beautiful stone on her finger in the video and said: “Any creative and different wedding dress designers DM me.”

The pair put on a united front at last week’s National Television Awards following rumors of a split.
