Gigi Hadid came close to a long-time friend and employee Tommy Hilfiger for the WWD 2022 Awards held on October 25 at Cipriani South Street in New York City.

For the stylish evening, the supermodel donned a statement ensemble by the designer, which included a long, double-breasted royal blue velvet jacket over a crisp unbuttoned white shirt underneath and matching wide leg trousers. Gigi created a distinctly masculine look with dainty Or & Elle jewelry and white pointed-toe pumps. For a glam look, she left her long platinum blonde locks down and wavy, while her make-up was soft and bronzed with brown lips.

Over the years Gigi strutted down the runway for Tommy Serval during New York Fashion Week and both collaborated on four Tommy x Gigi capsule collections. At the event in Founder of Guest in Residence called designing with Tommy “the most meaningful experience of my life.”
