The viral tweet claimed Hammer was a concierge at the resort, but both the actor’s lawyer and the hotel’s director of sales denied he worked there.

However, DailyMail.com has obtained photos of him walking around the resort in what looks like staff uniforms.

Reports in Diversity and TMZ stated that he does work at the hotel, but as a timeshare salesperson, not a concierge.

Hammer’s lawsuit was filed weeks after he was played by James Austin Johnson in an SNL game show skit called “Send Something Normal,” which featured celebrities choosing how to respond to flirtatious Instagram messages.

Hammer’s character asked for a “big round of applause coming back to Hollywood” after his announcement, adding: “Look, I know I’ve been talked about a lot in the press, but I’ve worked a lot on myself. and I have changed. So I have a message – I want to break your bones and suck your marrow.’

A representative for Hammer’s estranged wife spoke out last month after one of the actor’s accusers criticized Chambers for saying he was in a “really great place” with the struggling actor.

Chambers, 40, spoke to E! News last month about her relationship with the actor, from whom she filed for divorce in July 2020. Chambers said Hammer was “focused on his healing” and she supported him.

Effie, the woman who accused Hammer of rape, which he has denied, took to Instagram Stories to take screenshots of messages she said Chambers sent her, allegedly encouraging her to go public with her allegations against Hammer.

A representative for Armie Hammer’s wife, Elizabeth Chambers, 40, has spoken out after one of the actor’s accusers slammed Chambers for saying he was in a “really great place” with the 36-year-old actor.

A rep for Chambers explained People reasoning of the TV presenter – mother of seven-year-old daughter Harper and five-year-old son Ford by the actor – when sending messages to Effie.

“Given the scope and nature of the allegations that have been made, Elizabeth has sought to determine the truth of these allegations,” the spokesperson said. “She was very sensitive to all parties involved. The safety and well-being of their children remains her priority.”

In one of the messages Chambers allegedly sent to Effie, she urged her to stay “focused” on “recording stories” and “not just online.”

In another alleged exchange, after Chambers asked Effie if she had hired a lawyer, Effie replied that she was “feeling a little suicidal” and didn’t have time to talk. Chambers told her, “I really need custody of my precious children,” and forced her to file a statement in court about her experiences with Hammer.

Chambers allegedly said, “I don’t want to pressure you, but your understanding is much deeper than the others we have,” adding that she would keep everything confidential.

Effie said in a recent Instagram Stories post, “There are a few things to keep in mind before anyone wishes an abuser a ‘recovery.'”

Effie initially took to social media to make accusations against Hammer in connection with the 2017 incident, and eventually appeared alongside celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred to lay out her allegations at a press conference where she said Hammer “ mentally, emotionally and sexually” abused her.

In an interview with E! Chambers talked about her co-parenting with Hammer.

“We are completely and utterly committed to our children and to being together as unromantically as possible for our children,” she said. “Children need a mother; children need a daddy. So there’s nothing we won’t do.”

She said of Hammer: “There’s an oxygen mask theory: You can’t take care of someone until they take care of you. There’s a reason they say, “Put on your own mask before helping others” on an airplane.

“He was very busy securing his own mask. My mask is fixed [the kids’] the masks are on, so now there’s really a lot of attention on them, their protection.”

Chambers said she is willing to “support this process” to help Hammer become “the best father” and “the best person he can be.”

Chambers added that “Time does heal, but time itself doesn’t heal,” as “You have to work at it.”

She continued, “Humans are flawed. People make terrible mistakes. People change, by the way. For me, it was always about, “These are my limits. If you can reach them, then we can take the next step.” It’s with everyone in my life, but also with me.”

Chambers told the publication that she feels like a feminist and still “stands in solidarity with anyone who has been victimized in any way and hopes that they find healing.”

She noted, “I’m not here like, ‘My life is wonderful,’ because it’s been hell for a long time.”
