WWE legend The Rock’s daughter Ava Reign makes her NXT debut two years after signing

Last night THE ROCK’s daughter Ava Reign finally made her WWE television debut.

Rayne, real name Simone Johnson, signed with promotion back in February 2020.

A series of injuries delayed her TV debut, but now she will be able to make her mark on screen.

Ava Rain has already been featured at live events earlier this year.

And the 21-year-old even cut a promo against NXT’s Cory Jade.

She has now been introduced as the final member of WWE NXT’s Schism.

In recent weeks, a mysterious figure has followed the split, sparking much speculation.

The new character was wearing a red robe and mask as they followed the rift.

This has led to much speculation from WWE fans as to who they might be.

But few, if any, predicted that it would be Ava Rain.

So when she took off her mask to reveal her identity last night, people were shocked.

After doing so, she confidently spoke, “The love and acceptance that the Sundering has given me defies any preconceived notions of who I should be.

“This family completes me. I’m Ava Rain.”

Rock used to be proud that his daughter is following in his famous footsteps.

On The Tonight Show, he told host Jimmy Phelan: “She signed her WWE contract and you know that blew my mind.

“Firstly, what an honor that my daughter wants to follow in my footsteps.

“But more importantly, following in my footsteps sounds cliche, but she really wants to create and forge her own path, which is so important.”
