Michael Cheika, a former winner with Leinster Rugby, will lead Leicester Tigers in Pool 1 alongside Stade Toulousain, Union Bordeaux Bègles, Hollywoodbet Sharks, Ulster Rugby, and fellow Gallagher Premiership club Exeter Chiefs.
The top tier of European rugby features 24 clubs, with eight each from the English league, United Rugby Championship (URC), and French Top 14, divided into four pools of six teams.
In each pool, teams play four matches — two at home and two away — without facing opponents from their own domestic league. The top four teams in each pool advance to the Round of 16.
