Hanseaticsoft, part of Lloyd’s Register’s Maritime Performance Services division, makes daily onboard operations even easier and faster for shipping companies by running their Cloud Ship Manager (CSM) on-board software in multiple languages.
In addition to English, the program is now also available in German and Spanish. Hanseaticsoft also plans to add French, Romanian, Dutch and other languages next year.
Cloud Ship Manager, the on-board part of Hanseaticsoft’s Cloud Fleet Manager solution, is an application that allows crews and captains at sea to manage a variety of operational and management processes on board a vessel while seamlessly sharing information with the back office.
For example, adding information about wages, hours of work and rest in accordance with regulations and scheduling of crew placement, as well as entering data related to purchasing, maintenance, inspections, scheduling and other procedures.
Once data is entered and synchronized, it is automatically available in the office and can be immediately accessed by all relevant staff. The software can also be used offline with data syncing with the office the next time the fleet has an internet connection. Therefore, crews can always work productively, even when there is no data connection.
