FDM Group, as a Salesforce Authorized Training Provider (SATP), will train consultants through the Trailhead Academy, which consists of expert-led learning content to develop niche skills within Salesforce, before placing and integrating them into selected positions at industry-leading enterprises across the country. the country

FDM will work closely with the business to develop an individualized training program so that each consultant acquires the skills specific to the role they will be performing. This may include deploying Salesforce Business Analysts trained in Business Analysis Fundamentals, Process Modeling, Requirements Development, Agile Practices, and Risk Management prior to Salesforce’s customized training program for Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Business Analyst, and certified platform developer.

The intent of this partnership is to connect more companies with CRM professionals who can integrate CRM tools that connect all departments, from marketing and sales to e-commerce, IT and customer service, with a single, shared view of each customer.

Some other benefits of working with Salesforce FDM Certified Consultants include improving and centralizing the sales process with better forecasting and reporting, and building insights and scaling marketing efforts to improve ROI in cross-channel campaigns.
