Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband Dr. Terry Dubrow have sold their 14-bedroom mansion in Newport Beach, California for $55 million.
Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles real estate broker Josh Altman brokered the deal, as the identity of the buyer was not immediately known.
The Southern California mansion, once dubbed the Dubrow Chateau, features amenities such as sweeping ocean views, seven bathrooms, a 24-seat movie theater and an entryway with a 30-foot vaulted ceiling.

The Bronx-born 53-year-old (R, pictured Oct. 15) confirmed to ET last Friday: “With two kids in college, we’ve been thinking about our next move. We just bought a cool penthouse in Los Angeles, and sometimes the universe points you in the right direction. Change is exciting!’

The sale — which was the third largest in Orange County history — was brokered by Altman, who reportedly brokered the deal for the 14th season of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, which premieres Dec. 8 on Bravo.
On Saturday, Heather, who has 2.6 million followers on social media, general a picture of her and the 64-year-old plastic surgeon posing outside Chateau Dubrow with the caption: “Entering the next chapter as . . .”
Dubrovy and four children – twins Nikolai and Maximiliy, 18 years old; daughter Katharine, 16; and daughter Colette, 11, will stay in the recently purchased 5,254-square-foot Century City penthouse.

But with Dubrow (née Kent) moving north to Los Angeles, she’ll be spending more time with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
