Goldie Hawn, 74, in awe of daughter Kate Hudson’s workout video in skin-tight jumpsuit

She is a fitness fanatic and has her own successful sportswear line.

I Kate Hudson revealed that she got her passion for exercise from her young mother when she shared a video of Goldie Hawn, 74, working out.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 43-year-old actress shared a video of her mum as she wrote: “Does it get any cuter…?! I can’t #momnowsbest #mindupponday.”

Goldie looked incredible in the video, showing off her toned figure in a skin-tight black jumpsuit.

Showing off her fitness level, she did some yoga moves and bounced on a mini-trampoline, and showed off her fun by using wine bottles as weights.

The mother-of-three demonstrated the benefits of exercise to her 3.4 million Instagram followers, noting that “exercise can help improve our mood, focus, and help us achieve a positive outlook on life.”

Goldie and Kate have always had a very close relationship, and in a recent interview with E! News, Kate revealed that she does not want to surpass her mother’s acting career.

“Contrary to what I guess it looks like from the outside, to me our family is much more focused on modeling who we are as people,” she explained.

“You can’t imitate your mother’s career. She is the original. She is an icon. This is a different generation.”

However, the ‘Almost Famous’ star admitted she enjoys ’emulating’ Goldie’s incredible balance as a mother and actress, noting: ‘I really enjoy emulating what she brought to her career and to us as kids, and how she balanced it out there.’

Goldie shares Kate and son Oliver, 46, with second husband Bill Hudson, and son Wyatt, 36, with her long-term partner Kurt Russell.

Meanwhile, Kate is mum to 18-year-old Ryder, who she shares with The Black Crowe’s Chris Robinson, 11-year-old Bingham, who she shares with Muse musician Matt Bellamy, and four-year-old Rani Rose, with fiance Danny Fujikawa.
