FPE Capital LLP (“FPE”)software and services targeting lower middle market growth
investor, announces that he led the first institutional investment in Dynamic schedulera
a leading software provider to the UK wealth management sector.
This is the second investment from FPE Fund III that has successfully closed
was announced in May with a £185m capital raise.
The investment from FPE will support the current management team and help accelerate
the growth of Dynamic Planner and the implementation of its ambitious plans in the UK and Europe.
Dynamic Planner has grown rapidly in recent years and now serves nearly 40%.
UK-based wealth advisory firms and over 150 asset managers managing over £250 billion through their
SaaS platform. Headquartered in Reading, UK, the company has grown to more than 100
employees and is on track to exceed £10m in annual recurring license revenue this year. U
over the past 12 months it has launched a number of upgrades to enable Dynamic Planner and its
open API is the leading end-to-end financial planning system for the hybrid world.
FPE Capital has a successful track record in supporting SaaS businesses with a focus on
market-leading, quality products and strong, customer-centric cultures. The business is managed
an experienced management team led by Ben Goss as CEO and FPE Investments
help accelerate growth with the launch of new products for the company’s core market.

FPE’s investment was led by Dan Walker, Llewellyn John and Harriet Hunt. FPE was

Partnership (tax) and continuum (governance).
Deloitte acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Dynamic Planner. Supplier
due diligence services were provided by Dynamic Planner by Mazars LLP. Management
