The Los Angeles Gladiators won and the Houston Outlaws kept a leg up in the Western Division with wins at the Overwatch League Midseason Madness qualifiers on Saturday.

The Gladiators (10-2) defeated the Florida Chaos, while the Outlaws (9-3) had to get past the Boston Uprising 3-2.

The Washington Justice defeated the Vancouver Titans 3-2 in Saturday’s Western Conference game.

Qualifying for the Midseason Madness tournament continues through Sunday, with double-elimination action scheduled for next week.

The Gladiators started with a 1-0 win at New Queen Street, saw off Darado 3-1 and won 3-2 at Eichenwalde.

The Outlaws dropped their opener to the Uprising, 1-0 at the Colosseo. Houston answered 3-1 at Dorado, but the Rebellion took out Midtown 4-3. The Outlaws threw shutouts on the next two maps, 2-0 at Lijiang Tower and 1-0 at New Queen Street to win.

Justice also had to rally after losing 1-0 to the Titans at New Queen Street. Judge answered 1-0 at Circuit Royal and then 3-0 at Midtown. The Titans won at Ilios 2-0 and the Justices won at Coliseum 1-0.

Action in the West will continue on Sunday with two matches:

–The Boston Rebellion against the New York Excelsior

–London Spitfire vs. Dallas Fuel
