Posh is back! Victoria Beckham goes back to her roots by belting out a Spice Girl tune during karaoke

Victoria Beckham returned to her Posh Spice roots on Saturday, performing during a karaoke session during a family holiday in France.

The former Spice Girl, 48, was filmed by her husband David, 47, performing the iconic 1997 tune Stop from their Spiceworld album.

The fashion designer looked casually chic in a skin-tight black midi dress as she passionately showed off her vocal skills at a bar in Saint-Tropez.

Victoria felt confident on stage, remembering all the original moves while her family acted as backup dancers.

Her supportive husband David captioned the video: “Karaoke night with the one and only Posh Spice.”

The iconic 90s girl group comprising Mel C (Sporty), Mel B (Scary), Geri Horner (Ginger) and Emma Bunton (Baby) have reunited for a 2019 tour without Victoria.

But the five girls are finally set to reunite as Gerry turns 50 in September, and not only has she invited Emma, Mel BMel C and Victoria to a rousing roar, the quintet are expected to perform together as a five-piece for the first time since the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics.

Mel C has previously claimed that there are ongoing discussions about the Spice Girls getting back together.

When asked about the possibility of another meeting in December 2021, she said: “I really hope so. We talk about it. We talk about it all the time. That was always the plan.

“Two years ago we did these wonderful shows at the stadium. It was the best thing we ever did. The creative was so incredible. We had the best time.”

The Say You’ll Be There formed in 1994 and became the best-selling girl group of all time, but Gerry abruptly left the band in 1998 and the rest of the band went their separate ways in 2000.

In 2007, all five members reunited for a series of arena shows, and in 2019 reunited to play 13 stadiums across the UK, with the exception of Victoria, who declined to take part in the second reunion.
