New York-headquartered staffing platform HiBob has appointed a UK chief operating officer.

Based in London, Zeev Rozav will be tasked with scaling the increasingly global organization around the world.

HiBob provides a work experience for medium and small businesses and their employees.

Despite the current economic climate, it has doubled since January. Entering its fifth year of triple-digit year-over-year growth, its customer base grew by 133% in six months.

The opening of a new office in Berlin indicates further expansion into Western Europe.

“I am very excited to join HiBob. I am joining at a time when market dynamics mean that companies are particularly in need of a good HR system that can help unlock the potential of the workforce and identify retention opportunities,” Rozav said.

“Achieving performance through rewards and incentives will retain high performers but also attract top talent.”

Technical managers do not solve the problem of recruitment

Roni Zehavi, CEO and co-founder, added: “As we continue to build our Bob platform to scale and improve cross-functional collaboration, I am excited to welcome entrepreneur Zeev to the HiBob Village.

“With nearly 30 years of international experience in technology and digital media, Zeev served as Chief Operating Officer for client HiBob, helping to grow revenue 20x, completing 5 acquisitions and building a world-class organization.

“I have no doubt he will repeat that success here.”
