Lupita Nyong’o looked gorgeous on Saturday as she attended day three of Comic Con International: San Diego at the city’s convention center.

The 39-year-old actress wore a high-neck maxi dress with colorful detailing and long sleeves.

She attended the event to promote Marvel’s upcoming film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which premiered the teaser trailer that day.

Making her way onto the stage, she accessorised with a pair of rose-rimmed glasses and a selection of silver jewellery.

Before the actors took the stage, a group of musicians and dancers playing African drums and singing gave a performance that thrilled the crowd.

Lupita then made her way to the crowd with co-stars Letitia Wright, Dana Gurira, Florence Kasumba and Winston Duke.

The cast has given fans a teaser for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – as Lupita’s character, Nakia, kicks things off in the video.

The video began with Nakia stepping out onto a majestic beach, followed by some scenes from the nation of Wakanda, while Letitia Wright’s Shuri and Angela Bassett’s Ramonda were also seen.

Not only a cultural milestone, the first Black Panther film became the first superhero film to be nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture

Later at the event, she also posed for a photo with Tenoch Worth, who will play the character of Namor in the new film.
