A MAN was denied entry Eastleigh after breach of restraint.
Luke Daly breached the order on May 21 by contacting a woman he was banned from contacting.
The restraining order was introduced just two months before March 23.
Appearance on Southampton The 36-year-old admitted one charge of harassment in the Magistrates’ Court.
Daly, of Somerset Crescent, Chandler’s Ford, was given an exclusion order with a no-entry ban Eastleigh for six months and was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months.
He was also ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 court costs.
