The hitmaker took to his Instagram to poke fun at the big pants and joked that he would “never have sex again” while wearing his underwear.
Speaking in the light-hearted clip, Lewis told others suffering from the neurological condition to “look to your leader”.
Showing the Y-Fronts that were sent by his label, he laughed: “I was telling everyone I had Tourettes and people on Twitter were really nice.

‘Ambassador’: Lewis told others suffering from the neurological condition to ‘look up to your leader’ in lighthearted clip.
“They said, ‘It’s great to have someone with that profile talking about it and being open and spreading awareness, he’d be a great ambassador.’
“Well, look at your ambassador, people with Tourette’s. Hello, I am your leader,” he thought about being a “leader” for others.
Laughing at the gift from his label, he added: “My record label sent me Y-Fronts to promote my new single because I’m wearing Speedos in the poster for it… but they sent me double double XLs.

Hilarious: He concluded: “Well, look at your ambassador, people with Tourette’s. Hello, I am your leader,” he thought about being a “leader” for others
“I know I may have put on a little weight, but I look like I have a crotchless male action movie and I’m an old man!” he joked.
The Scottish musician then quipped that he would “have sex again” if a potential date ever saw his underwear.
Earlier this week, Lewis said he was recently diagnosed and explained that he is “all the time” learning new ways to deal with it.
The musician said he wants people to be aware of the condition so his fans don’t think his twitches are related to cocaine use.
In previous clips posted to his Instagram, Lewis can be seen shrugging his shoulder as he announces the release of his new single Forget Me on stage at London’s O2.

The Hold Me While You Wait hitmaker revealed that he is getting Botox injections to freeze his muscles to try and control his tics.
Speaking to a fan on Instagram Live, he said: “I’ve been diagnosed with Tourette’s. I wanted to talk about it because I didn’t want people to think I was on cocaine or something.’
My shoulder twitches when I’m excited, happy, nervous, or stressed. This is what I live with. It’s not as bad as it looks.’
He also opened up about the condition to his fans during an Instagram Live session, explaining that it can be “painful” and “uncomfortable” at times.
Lewis said: “This is a new thing. I didn’t really learn much about it. I put botox in my shoulder to stop it moving, but I’m always learning new ways to cope.
“Some days it hurts more than others, sometimes it’s quite uncomfortable, but I guess that’s about it.
“When they told me, ‘We think you have Tourette’s,’ I thought, ‘You know what, that makes a lot of sense.’
“When I look back at my interviews from 2018, I see myself doing that.”
Keeping his spirits up, the Glasgow resident added: “It comes and goes. Sometimes I can go months without doing it. I thought I had some horrible degenerative disease, so I’ll take Tourette’s.’
Lewis’ revelation comes after he announced he would finally be releasing a brand new single, while admitting he was “nervous” to share the song.
During his second sold-out concert at London’s O2, the singer debuted his new single Forget Me, which will be released on September 9.
Lewis performed the music video for his soon-to-be-released single live on TikTok in front of over 57,000 fans.
The new song comes three years after Lewis’ debut album Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, which spent 10 weeks at the top of the UK charts.
Last year, the Scottish artist postponed all his concerts to focus on recording the next one.
During the rescheduled concert, Lewis announced: “I said at the start of the show that it’s been a long time since I’ve released new music, a very long time, three years in fact, but luckily on September 9 that will change.
“Next week I will release my first single from the next album. It’s called Forget Me, so that’s good news. Also, I’m going to play this song for everyone in attendance tonight.
“I’m showing my song to 20,000 people for the first time. I am very nervous. No one has heard this music except all of you who have come tonight.’
