Bus Éireann canceled a number of its services on Sunday and reduced others for what it said were “operational reasons”.

Passengers on south-east routes – particularly Cork, Waterford and Wexford – as well as some routes to Dublin Airport were the most affected.

There is also some disruption due to the GAA All-Ireland final in Croke Park.

Some routes affected include Waterford to Cork at 4pm, Cork to Waterford at 7.40pm, New Ross to Dublin Airport at 9.30am, Dublin Airport to New Ross at 2pm, Tralee/Cork route at 10.50am and Cork/Tralee at 2.30pm. everything is cancelled.

Customers are encouraged to check the company’s Twitter account for updates.

Meanwhile, motorists on the M50 were experiencing significant delays between the Bray exit and Junction 13 due to the Bray Air Display taking place on the seafront.

High-speed, powerful jets and vintage aircraft will take part in the aircraft display, which this year will mark the 100th anniversary of the Irish Air Force and will feature a unique formation flight between Aer Lingus and the Irish Air Force.
