Bachelor Nation personality DeMario Jackson is the subject of a pair of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The pair of women, who identified themselves as Jane Doose, said in court documents Los Angeles County Superior Court and considered TMZthat Jackson used his fame from the ABC show to “lure unsuspecting plaintiffs” into sexual situations.
One of Jackson’s accusers says she initially contacted Jackson, 35, in February 2018 and that they went on several dates.

The woman said she let Jackson stay at her house after he had been drinking and he kept coming up to her despite her telling him she didn’t want to be intimate with him. The woman said she feared for her life when he pinned her to the subject and assaulted her.
The second woman said she initially met DeMario in April 2019 through social media and he asked her out the following year.
Jackson told the woman he wanted to hold the date at his apartment to avoid being recognized when they were out in public, the woman told the court.
The woman told the court that Jackson forced her to have sex, which she initially agreed to, but when she told him to stop, he continued with force.
