Ant and snow have released a major update on their future after signing a new deal with ITV.
The Geordie duo have extended their contract for a further three years, which will take them to an impressive 25 years with the broadcaster.
Popular hosts are best known for hosting popular reality shows I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here!, Ant and Dec Saturday night. Takeaway food and Britain has talent.
The BAFTA award-winning broadcasters will continue to present these programs as well as new shows such as Ant and Dec’s Limitless win and new All Stars spin-off I’m A Celebrity South Africa.
Ant and Dec sign new three-year deal with ITV (Pennsylvania)
Managing Director of Media and entertainment ITV’s Kevin Lygo said: “The world of TV and streaming is always that much brighter with Ant & Dec at the heart of it and we look forward to continuing our successful working relationship with them over the next three years.”
Following the announcement, Ant commented: “We are so lucky to host the best entertainment shows in the world. We really enjoy our shows and we are both extremely happy and excited to extend our relationship with ITV for another 3 years.”
Dec added: “We can’t believe we’re reaching 25 years exclusively with ITV. Especially since this year we are both just turning 30…!”
How much are Ant and Dec?
The popular presenters are reported to have a net worth of £62 million each.
They signed a three-year, £40m deal with ITV last year The sun.
The deal includes screenings of family favorites such as Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and Saturday night takeout.
The deal is expected to be worth £50m, but the exact amount is unknown.
The Newcastle presenters started out as actors in CBBC children’s series Byker Grove in the 1980s.
After the show, they became pop musicians under the same names television the series characters are PJ and Duncan.
They have won a staggering 43 National Television Awards and 18 Bafta Television Awards during their career.
The presenters are also reported to have invested heavily in property and are believed to own homes worth a total of around £10m.
They also own a joint production company called Miter and Hurley, which is an advertising firm named after Ant’s dog.
Separately, they also own production companies, with Ant’s being called Teecourt.
Meanwhile. Deka’s company has a similar name and is called Deecourt.
