What is Amazon Warehouse?
Amazon Warehouse is a section of Amazon that resells returned or slightly damaged customer items at a discounted price.
As they cannot be sold to a ‘new’ standard, you may find some cosmetic scuffs or missing accessories, but they are mostly as good as new.
Resale products also have all the usual benefits you’ve come to expect from shopping on Amazon, including Amazon storage, packaging and shipping, possible free shipping, and 24/7 Amazon customer service after ordering.
On its website, Amazon explained: “We carefully check the quality of each item and have all products inspected, tested and repaired where necessary before we sell them on.

How are products classified on Amazon Warehouse?
Amazon describes each of its products as unique, which is why it uses different categories to give you an idea of its condition.
The categories are: Used: Like New, Used: Very Good, Used: Good, and Used: Fair, and discounts will vary by condition.

What are my rights when buying from Amazon Warehouse?
All products purchased through Amazon Warehouse are covered by a legal warranty.
Amazon will also repair any defective item if it becomes faulty within the return period,
The retailer will also refund the purchase price in accordance with Amazon’s Return Policy.
Some Amazon Warehouse products may also be eligible for warranty repair and, if so, may be repaired by an authorized service engineer.
